UK Mail announces that on 19 November 2009, Michael Findlay, a Non- Executive Director of the Company purchased 1,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at a price of 333.1 pence per share. 

Following today's purchase Michael Findlay now holds voting rights attached to 1,500 ordinary shares representing 0.003% of the issued share capital of the Company.
