Pochin's PLC07 April 2008 Pochin's PLC ("Pochin's" or the Company) Director/PDMR Shareholding The Company was informed today that Quiros Limited, a company in which MrMichael Chadwick has a non-beneficial interest, purchased 25,000 ordinary sharesin the capital of the Company on 4 April 2008 at a price of 175p per share. MrChadwick is a non-executive director of Pochin's. Quiros Limited now has a beneficial interest in 4,768,364 ordinary shares in theCompany, being 22.92 per cent of the total voting rights.
