Director Shareholding
The Company was today informed that Waterman Trustees Limited purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 90p per share today and a further 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 90p per share on Tuesday 4th November 2008.
Following these transactions, Waterman Trustees Limited holds 339,238 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.2% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
