Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Mission Marketing Group plc ("TMMG" or "the missiontm"), the national marketing communications and advertising group, announces that yesterday, Dylan Bogg, Executive Director, transferred 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the missiontm to his wife for nil consideration. Accordingly, Mr Bogg's interest in the missiontm remains unchanged at 1,486,823 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.8 per cent. of TMMG's issued share capital.
