Trikona Trinity Capital PLC ("the Company") announces that on 29th July 2008 Paul Orchard-Lisle purchased 25,235 ordinary shares of £1.00 each in the Company at a price of 0.7925 pence each.

Following this acqusition Mr Paul Orchard-Lisle is interested in 74,192 ordinary shares representing 0.03% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company being 231,800,200 ordinary shares.
