DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

 

The Board of K3, the IT solutions provider which provides Enterprise Resource Planning solutions to the supply chain industry, received notification yesterday that, on 8 June 2010, Mr Tom Milne, Non-executive Chairman, transferred 100,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares") to his Self Invested Pension Plan at a price of 110.3p per share.

 

Following this transaction, there are no changes to Mr Milne's beneficial interest in the issued share capital of the Company. Mr Milne holds 225,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.88 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
