Director's Shareholding
Mountview has today been notified that Mr K Langrish-Smith (Director) purchased 510 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange market on 23 March 2009 at 2050p per share.
As a result of this transaction, Mr Langrish-Smith's revised holding (including those of his wife) is 304,225 ordinary shares, representing 7.80% of the voting rights of the Company.
