Tiger Resource Finance plc ('Tiger' or 'the Company')Director Dealing

Tiger was notified on 1 October 2013, that Colin Bird, a director of the Company, purchased 625,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each, in the capital of the Company on 1 October 2013 at a price of 1.8 pence per share.

Following this purchase Mr Bird is now interested in 8,395,000 Ordinary Shares representing 6.07% of the Company's total voting rights.
