EST Purchase
Havelock Europa plc (the "Company") was today notified by the trustees of the Havelock Europa Employee Share Trust (the "EST") that the EST had purchased 140,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
The dates, amounts and average prices of the purchases were as follows:
