The Company has today been notified that Barclay Douglas, Director, has been informed that following the winding up of an externally managed fund, he has been distributed in specie an additional 7,739 ordinary shares of 5 pence in the Company. As a result of this distribution, Mr Douglas has a beneficial interest in 107,739 ordinary shares, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
