Director's Dealing
Prime Focus London Plc (the "Company") was informed on 30 September 2011 that on that day, Christopher Mills, a Director of the Company sold his entire holding of 1,800,000 of the Company's Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at 35 pence per share to the Company's largest shareholder, Prime Focus Limited.
As a result of this transaction Prime Focus Limited holds a total of 21,367,003 Ordinary Shares representing 65.05% of the Company's total voting rights.
