Business Post announces that on 22 June 2009, Guy Buswell, Chief Executive Officer of the Company purchased 3,649 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at a price of 274 pence per share. 

Following today's purchase Guy Buswell now holds voting rights attached to 131,241 ordinary shares representing 0.24% of the issued share capital of the Company.
