On 27 September 2013 the Company's Development Director, Stephen Self, married one of the Company's employees. Mr Self's wife was previously granted options over the Company's shares. Taken together with Mr Self's own previously granted options, these provide Mr Self with an interest in 1,828,025 options over the Company's shares, representing 0.7% of the total voting rights of the Company. In addition, Mr Self is the beneficial owner of 273,577 ordinary shares, representing 0.1% of the total voting rights of the Company.
