Zytronic plc announces that it has received notification today that John Kennair, Chairman, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 108p per share on 20 February 2009. As a result Mr Kennair has a beneficial holding of 1,058,065 Ordinary Shares and non-beneficial holdings of 129,643 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 8.09 % of the voting rights.
