Directors' / PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified today of share dealings by two of its directors.

Purchase of ordinary shares:

On Tuesday 8 December 2015 Mr Neil Warner, Senior Independent Director, purchased 22,750 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 117.50 pence per Ordinary Share. Mr Warner's beneficial interest represents 0.02% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.

Sale of ordinary shares:

Executive Director Mr Geoffrey Budd has sold a total of 242,736 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Of the total, 75,736 Ordinary Shares were sold at 120 pence per share on Friday 4 December, while the balance of 167,000 were sold at an average price of 117.16 pence per share on Wednesday 9 December 2015. Following these transactions, Mr Budd's total beneficial interest is 307,264 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.26% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.

Both transactions took place in London and this notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a).
