Director/PDMR Shareholding

S&U announces that it has received notification that its Chairman, Anthony Coombs, has today transferred 10,000 Ordinary Shares into the Grevayne Properties Pension Fund. Mr Coombs is a principal beneficiary of this fund and following this transaction his beneficial interests of 526,330 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 4.5% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company remain unchanged.
