Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it was informed that, on 5 August 2014, James Henry Furlong, Land Director, purchased 12,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 270 pence per share (the "Purchase").

Following the Purchase, Mr Furlong is interested in 1,301,860 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 2.19% of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
