On 28 September 2017, Alastair Clayton, Executive Director of the Company, acquired 5,000,000 Primorus ordinary shares at an aggregated price of 0.22 pence per share, representing 0.22% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following the acquisition, Mr Clayton now holds an interest in 67,000,000 Primorus ordinary shares, representing approximately 2.92% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
