WYG announces that Yorkshire Building Society Trustee acquired on 18 August 2008, 13,029 ordinary shares in the company for the purpose of the WYG Share Incentive Plan at a price of 259.50p per share. These shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their July pay.
