The Company was notified on 9 December 2015 that on the same date, Michael Laurier, Chief Executive Officer, transferred a total of 400,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 6.255p per Ordinary Share to his personal ISA.

Following the above transaction Mr. Laurier remains beneficially interested in 22,952,317 Ordinary Shares, as previously announced on 18 May 2015, representing approximately 15.9 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
