Garner plc (the "Company") Director and Substantial Shareholding Dealings

The Company received notification on 22 November 2007 that Richard Robinson, a director of the Company, has today bought 50,000 ordinary shares at 6.25p per share.

Following this transaction, Richard Robinson holds an interest in 3,101,748 ordinary shares representing approximately 8.17 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company also received notification today that on 22 November 2007 Roy Stanley purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares. Following this purchase Roy Stanley is interested in 3,950,000 ordinary shares representing 10.40 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The issued share capital of the Company is 37,968,937 ordinary shares of 1p each.
