Director Shareholding
The Company received notification on 20 November 2014 that Robin Pinchbeck, Non-Executive Director, acquired on 20 November 2014 148,701 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 24.95p per Ordinary Share. Following this acquisition, Mr Pinchbeck has an interest in 526,812 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.89 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
