Change of Directors Holding
The Company has received notification that earlier today Blondel Cluff, the wife of John Cluff, a director of the Company, transferred 150,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company to her husband for no consideration.
This transfer does not effect John Cluff's overall interest in the Company, and he continues to hold an interest over 1,845,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
