Hunting today announces the following share transaction by a non-executive Director of the Company:

Annell Bay

On 27 April 2016, Annell Bay notified the Company that she purchased 4,500 Hunting PLC Ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 372.59p per share. The purchase took place on 22 April 2016.

Following this transaction Annell Bay's beneficial holding is 8,000 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC representing 0.005% of the Company's share capital.
