Altitude, the provider of information and technology services, was informed on 23 September 2016 that Peter Hallett, Non-Executive Chairman, had on that day purchased 55,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p ("Shares") at a price of 42.85 pence per Share.
Following the purchase, Peter Hallett's holding (held via his SIPP) is now 195,000 Shares or 0.46% of the issued share capital of the Company.
