The Company was today informed that on 26 November 2009 Jay Shaw, the Chief Executive Officer, sold 245,000 ordinary shares of US$ 0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15 pence per share.
For the purposes of the AIM Rules, Jay Shaw's holding of Ordinary Shares is 4,755,000, representing 19% of the Company's issued share capital.
