DIRECTOR'S DEALING
Green Dragon Gas Ltd. (AIM: GDG), the Chinese vertically integrated gas business, announces that it was notified today that Randeep Grewal, the chairman and chief executive of the Company, yesterday purchased 17,500 ordinary shares in the Company (representing 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital) at a price of US$3.00 per share.
In addition to the shares purchased yesterday, Mr. Grewal is also interested in 88,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company (representing 83.1% of the Company's issued share capital) held by Green Dragon Gas (Holdings) Limited, which is ultimately owned by a trust of which family members of Mr. Grewal (including Mr. Grewal) are discretionary objects.
