DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDINGS: Notification under DTR 3.1.2 (R)

The Company was notified on 10 July 2009 of the following transaction by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") and their Connected Persons.

On 10 July 2009, James Morley, Non Executive Director of Speedy Hire, acquired 79,118 ordinary 5p shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price per share of 24.5p. Following the transaction, Mr Morley has an interest of 158,236 Shares representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
