Stadium Group Plc (AIM: SDM), a leading electronic technologies group, announces that it has received notification today, Friday 18th of October 2013, that Antony Inskip, Commercial Director of the Company, has sold today 42,820 ordinary shares at a price of 50.0 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Antony Inskip holds options over 120,000 shares, but otherwise has no interest in the share capital of the Company.
