The Company announces that Richard Lee has today transferred 10,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from an account in his own name to his SIPP, held by Fitel Nominees Limited, at a price of 124.25p each.

Mr. Lee's beneficial interest in WH Ireland therefore remains unchanged, being 30,267 Ordinary Shares in addition to unexercised options over 30,000 Ordinary Shares which are exercisable on or before 24 May 2014 at 70p per Ordinary Share.
