Director/PDMR Shareholding
Stadium Group Plc (AIM: SDM), a leading supplier of wireless solutions, power supplies and electronic assemblies, was notified on 2 November 2016 that on the same day, Kjell Karlsson, a PDMR of the Company, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 81 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Karlsson's total shareholding in the capital of the Company is 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03 per cent. of the voting share capital of Stadium.
