Viridas announces that on 8 October 2010 Mr. Jack Posner, a non-executive Director of the Company, sold 100,000 shares at 3.5p per share. His remaining interest is 182,857 shares representing 0.56% of the Company issued share capital.

On the same date, Mr. Graham Haselden, a Director of the Company, sold 200,000 shares at 4.5p per share. His remaining interest is 25,000 shares representing 0.08% of the issued share capital.
