Director/PDMR Shareholding

Deltex Medical Group announces that it has received notification that its Chief Executive, Ewan Philips, on 4 April 2012 transferred 110,000 Ordinary Shares into his Self Invested Personal Pension at a price of 26.75p per share. Ewan Philips is the principal beneficiary of this fund and following this transaction his beneficial interest remains 1,309,773 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.87% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company remain unchanged.
