On 31 July 2014, 3i Group plc (the "Company") was notified that on 31 July 2014 Kevin Dunn, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired for nil cost 186,532 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each in the Company ("Shares") on the exercise of a share award and sold 87,919 of these shares at 375.64p per share to cover tax and National Insurance.
The place of the above transaction was the London Stock Exchange.
