On 26 November 2013, 3i Group plc (the "Company") was notified that on 25 November 2013 Kevin Dunn, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired for nil cost 37,306 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each in the Company ("Shares") on the exercise of a share award and sold 19,708 of these shares at 361p per share to cover tax and National Insurance.
The place of the above transaction was the London Stock Exchange.
