The Board of Quindell Plc (AIM: QPP.L) has been informed that David Currie, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased yesterday 19,500 Ordinary Shares of 15 pence at a price of £1.2750 per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Currie is interested in a total of 19,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.004% of the total issued share capital.
