The Company has been notified that on 2nd December 2008 Henry Klotz, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company , bought 20,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 279.3255 pence per share. His total interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company following this transaction is 21,521 shares (0.035%).
