Business Post announces that on 1 September 2009, Guy Buswell, Chief Executive 

Officer of the Company purchased 3,449 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at a price of 287 pence per share. 

Following yesterday's purchase Guy Buswell now holds voting rights attached to 134,690 ordinary shares representing 0.246% of the issued share capital of the Company.
