Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was today notified that, on 28 May 2014, Harley Fairburn and Aynsley Fairburn, sons of Group Chief Executive Jeff Fairburn and connected persons, each purchased 283 ordinary shares in the Company at £13.4364 per share. The shares were purchased for ISA accounts.

Jeff Fairburn and his connected persons' total interests in the Company are 126,270 ordinary shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.

The issued share capital of the Company on 29 May 2014 is 305,170,464 ordinary shares.
