The Company was informed on 13 November 2008 that on that date Raymond Apsey, the Non-executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of EUR 0.115 per share through his wholly owned investment holding company, Casuarina Investments Limited.
Following the above transaction, Raymond Apsey is interested in a total of 125,349 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, representing 0.04% of the total voting rights of the Company.
