EPE Special Opportunities plc ("ESO plc" or the "Company") announces that on the 9 April 2015 Giles Brand (the Managing Partner of EPIC Private Equity LLP which is the Investment Advisor to the Company) and his connected persons purchased 27,588 Ordinary Shares in the market and now hold 6,365,493 Ordinary Shares representing 22.59% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
All of the above trades were made at a price of 110 pence per Ordinary Share.
