Michael Page International plc (the 'Company') announces that on 13 August 2012, Gary James, a PDMR of the Company, exercised options under the 2009 Michael Page Incentive Share Plan to acquire the number of Ordinary Shares of 1p each ('Shares') in the Company at the price per Share detailed below.
