Rathbone Brothers Plc (the "Company")
Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
The Company announces that on 5 August 2019:
(i) ordinary shares of 5p were allotted at £21.35 (mid-market close on 2 August 2019) to Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited, the trustee of the Company's Inland Revenue Approved Share Incentive Plan in respect of partnership shares and matching shares. Subject to the deed and rules of the plan, the shares will continue to be held on the behalf of the following PDMRs.

(ii) an administrative error was identified in the grant of a share award made to Jennifer Mathias on 10 May 2019 under the Rathbone Brothers Plc 2019 JEM Plan. As a result, Jennifer Mathias has waived her rights to this award and will not benefit from this plan in the future.
