St Helen's Capital received notification on 11 February 2010 that, on 3 February 2010, Mr. Jon Pither, a non-executive director of the Company, sold 614,998 ordinary shares of 5.0 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") representing approximately 1.30 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Mr. Pither is now interested in 5,357,320 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 11.30 per cent. of the Issued Ordinary Share Capital.
