Director / PDMR Shareholding

RM2 International S.A. ("RM2" or the "Company") announces that it was notified today that Mrs Julie Walsh, the wife of Paul Walsh, a Non-Executive Director of RM2, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 26 March 2014 at a price of 73.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Walsh is interested in a total of 1,439,091 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.45 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
