Metro Baltic Horizons ("MBH") was notified on 9 October 2013 that Tim Crowley, a non-executive Director of MBH, disposed of 430,587 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), on 27 September 2013 at 11 pence per Ordinary Share. The shares were acquired by a family trust of which Mr. Crowley is a beneficiary.

Mr. Crowley has retained an interest in 10,000 shares in his own name.
