Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has today been informed that, on 23 May 2011, Sir Richard Needham, Chairman, transferred, through the means of a sale followed by a purchase, 3,600 ordinary shares of £1 each in the Company (the "Shares") at 292.5p each from the Jupiter General Client account to the Jupiter ISA Client account in the registered name of Nortrust Nominees Limited.

The beneficial interest of the aforementioned director in the Shares remains unchanged.
