Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been informed that Mr Jonathan Pochin, a director of a subsidiary company, disposed of 100,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on 10 May 2010 at a price of 75p per share to Quiros Ltd, a company in which Mr Michael Chadwick has a non-beneficial interest. Mr Chadwick is a non-executive director of the Company.

In addition, Quiros Ltd purchased a further 100,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on 10 May 2010 at a price of 75p per share from a member of the Arthur Pochin Concert Party.

Quiros Ltd now has a beneficial interest in 5,033,364 ordinary shares in the Company being 24.19 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company. Accordingly, Mr Chadwick now has a beneficial interest in 39,000 ordinary shares in the Company, being 0.18 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company and a non-beneficial interest in 5,040,164 ordinary shares in the Company, being 24.23 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.

Mr Pochin now has a beneficial interest in 311,009 ordinary shares in the Company being 1.49 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
