The following amendment has been made to the Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement released today at 11:45 under RNS No 3745L.

The announcement stated that Mr Tom acquired shares on 2 June 2011 when it should have stated that Mr Tom acquired shares on 22 July 2011.

All other details remain unchanged.

The full amended text is shown below.

"The Company announces that on 22 July 2011 Peter Tom CBE, a director of the Company, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares of no par value each ("Ordinary Shares") for 18.5p per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase Mr Tom now holds 32,283,333 Ordinary Shares which represents 5.75% of Company's Total Voting Rights."
