DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

The announcement made earlier today in respect of the directors' shareholdings following the Open Offer contained an error in respect of the holding for Viscount Chandos. The amended information is set out below.

The Company has today received notification pursuant to DTR 3.1.4 R (a) and (b) of the Disclosure Rules of the following Director's interest in ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company:

The number of shares acquired are 280,142 ( 0.08% of issued class) and the total shareholding following this notification is 420,213 ( 0.12% of issued class).
